		<description>Though I believe I am not qualified enough to comment on this, still i believe sometimes we try to control and engage the group into activities they are not much interested. Like you said every group is different. Its  important that we handle each meeting in which we can extract maximum interaction from the team members. There is not a silgle rule for this. This is where the famous words come into play... "It depends on the situation..."
