		<description>I think this happens a lot. With the market in Australia being so tight for good digital advertising people, we try and sell our workplace at every opportunity. If you don't sell your company so people fall in love with it, someone else in the market will and you will miss out on the person. It isn't the right approach, but it a competitive response.

It shows that we should stop talking and start listening. 

We have hired a couple of duds because we talked too much and listened too little.</description>
