		<description>Team responsiblity is a non-sensical theory developed by academics that have never fucntioned in the work place. No one is ever responsible for the ultimate outcome of the group or the damage done to the company. Every major crash in American business can be tracked to every level of management claming they were never informed of a problem by their "team". Group rule equals wasted time in the form of unproductive meetings, unrealist goal setting and the pushing of responsiblity to the lowest employee level. If American businesses don't wake up, this business format will be called the predecessor to economic depression.</description>
