		<description>Compared to educating children: We all know parents that choose to spend money on their children (buying lot's of stuff, pocketmoney) and choose not to spend time with them... educating. So spending company money on bonussen this way, sounds pretty much as easy educating. (quick easy win, no long term plan though)</description>
